Summer Progress Update

Hello again, to another progress update.

A lot has changed since the last major update I gave, back in March - a lot of things have happened in the world, certainly things that are important, as well as things that are tragic and disheartening. It's been a stressful time for everyone, I think, in the wake of everything going on at once; and for me at least, between the stress, some various bouts of both mental and physical illness (none of them related to the pandemic, as far as I'm aware, at least), and also having to replace most of the vital parts of my computer, my schedule has fallen apart a bit. Suffice to say this has been a significant barrier in making progress on Dawn of Ragnarok, and progress has been ground to a halt since the beginning of April.

I want to get back on track with this as soon as possible, but it has been difficult. Once I'm able to do that, I might put out another major update, since this one may be a little lacking in the actual progress department.

That said, there has been at least some progress. During the month of March at least, I managed to complete a fair few more images, bringing the total number of images in the project to 164. As mentioned in my update in March, I have a schedule and workflow that can result in a decent amount of progress when I stick to it; recent events have simply knocked me out of that schedule and I need to reassert it again.

I hope those of you who continue to remain interested in Dawn of Ragnarok are doing well, staying safe, and are able to make progress on the things that are important to you. I hope to bring you better news as soon as I can. Thank you all for following this project, and for your interest and your patience.

~ Celia
